Please Bare with us as We Transition to New Managment During Health Concerns

 
We welcomed a New Ownership and Management at the start of this Month.  Unfortunately during this time of transitioning and making the Life at Clearwood A Great Place to live at, we have faced the CoronaVirus Outbreak that has delayed our process in improving services for all residents and prospects.
We have limited our time we wish to spend with meeting our great residents and have restricted access to contact to ensure the health of not only our employees but our residents as well. 
Please ensure we are attempting our best to make your stay as convenient and peaceful as possible and are trying to get everything taken care of on a timely fashion the best ways we can.  We would like to update you on some concerns residents have asked about.
PEST CONTROL:
We have transitioned to a new program and company effective this week. However due to CoronaVirus Concerns and their own Company Policies, pest control services will only be completed on exterior of buildings till further notice. 
RENT PAYMENTS:
We will no longer be accepting live payments in the office.  We will be sending notices out to all residents on information on making payments this week. Please make sure that management has your contact information such as email and phone number up to date so that you are able to access your account.
WORK ORDERS:
We are limiting our maintenance staff from entering occupied units at this time.  We will only be doing emergency work orders and will schedule them on urgency.  We will place regular work orders in system and will get to them as soon as we can.
